Freedom From Imposter Syndrome:

Coaching Workshop + Conversation for Jewish Women*

Featuring Jen Coken, Rabba Yaffa Epstein, Rabbanit Dalia Davis, Rabbanit Aliza Sperling

Offered in partnership with The Covenant Foundation, Aviv Foundation, SRE Network, Prizmah, Maharat

No. It’s not just you.

How many of us have hesitated just before walking into a room, unsure if we belong?

How many of us feel like we’re “faking it till we make it” but someone is about to discover that we don’t have enough of what it takes to hack it?

How many of us have felt like we’re not enough… at work? In school? In the Jewish community?

There are so many spaces where and so many reasons why we feel not enough. Join us for this expert coaching workshop and conversation to explore why and when we feel “less than.”

Rabba Yaffa Epstein will explore imposter syndrome in our biblical history and poke at why so many of us (no matter our affiliation) feel “not Jewish enough.”

Then Jen Coken – expert coach and facilitator – will lead us through a full workshop with tried-and-true strategies to turn our “imposter syndrome” into our superpower.

We will learn:

  • To Identify our unique “type” of Imposter Syndrome

  • To finally understand what causes us to feel "less than"

  • A powerful technique to recognize false beliefs about ourselves

  • How to transform imposter syndrome into something that helps us

Please Note: When you register, you will receive a link to a 2-minute pre-workshop quiz to assess your personal “type” of imposter syndrome."

This workshop is designed to help us turn our deepest self-sabotage into our greatest strengths. We will unearth the pivotal experiences that have shaped our lives and learn how to stop them from holding us back. We will gain the tools to silence the negative chatter and amplify our authentic voices with Jen’s expert guidance and actionable strategies – all with the amazing community support that SVIVAH offers.

Let’s do this together.

Please invite a friend, a colleague. How often do we have the chance to work on these tender parts of ourselves like this? We’re really glad you’ll come do this together with us. We can help make each other stronger.

Wednesday, March 26th @ 8:00-9:45pm ET

Come when you can, stay till you can’t. But, come. We have so much to learn from you. Please invite someone you think might want to be with us, too.
