Ye’ud: March-April Cohort
Connection. Expression. Meaning.
An intimate community of learning led by Rabbanit Dalia Davis
The last few months have been so hard! We have all been carrying so much, and in need of community more than ever. I know that the most meaningful and uplifting moments recently have been times that I have been able to truly connect with others. Many women have shared with me that these months they have experienced heightened feelings of loneliness and isolation, and I know exactly what they mean. Ye’ud offers us an opportunity to be together, in a small and intimate group setting, and to carry each other through.
Ye’ud is Jewish community structure that springs to life when you need it. We will form an intimate “community”, gathering weekly during the month between Purim and Pesach, and build connection and meaning together. Our work together will be deep and transformative. It will include learning and opportunities for artistic expression. We will work together to consider how we can each create meaning of our current feelings and to do so within the framework of Jewish ritual and expression.
*No need for any prior Jewish or arts learning necessary–everyone is welcome!
Dates: Tuesdays from 12:00-1:15 ET (3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16)
Please note that in order to join, you will need to commit to attending all four sessions. This will allow our group to be cohesive and to progress along the journey alongside one another.
How do I join? We are intentionally keeping this meaningful learning community small, so spots are limited. Please fill out the interest form above by Friday 3/22.
Cost: We are offering a slide scale for this program. Please contribute the amount that feels right for you: $50-$100. If the sliding scale does not include an amount that works for you, please reach out to Dalia here.
Questions: Please email Dalia@svivah.og
