Ask For It: The Art of Successful Negotiation - A Coaching Workshop

Whether you’re asking for a raise, advocating for services for a loved one, buying a new car, accepting a summer job offer, or renting an apartment – knowing how to walk into a negotiation from a place of strength and confidence is key.
It all comes down to knowing your worth.
Together, we will explore a process for identifying the unique and powerful value you bring to any situation before you. We will use tools and skills gathered from across the professional world and feminist negotiators.
This coaching session is for everyone – everyone deserves an opportunity to improve and polish their negotiation skills, and to clearly identify and articulate their value.
All varieties of personal negotiation dilemmas are welcomed in our session. This workshop will help you develop specific and useful language, and craft a plan for your negotiation - whatever it may be.
Coaching sessions such as this one are often offered to individuals as one-on-one coaching. We believe that exponentially greater learning and growth will happen by doing this together – learning from our expert facilitator as well as from each other.
